      2. Add variations of settings:
        • Use local_mobile
        • Disable the service's upload files
        • Disable the service's download files
        • Remove capability manageownfiles to user (2.9 onwards)
        • Use an instance that does not have 'core_files_get_files', neither local_mobile

      Note that you need to remove and re-add the site everytime the parameters change
