Add support for remote add-ons

      1. Install at least 1 remote addon to your site. In this issue I attached a couple of examples (mod_certificate required having mod_certificate installed in your site).
      2. Run 'bower install' to install ocLazyLoad.
      3. In the app, login in the site with the remote addons and check that they're loaded.
      4. Logout and login in another site. Check that now the addons aren't loaded.
