Add support to logging events in Moodle

      Moodle 2.9 comes with a new set of web services for logging/launching events on "view" actions.

      We need to call this web services when actions happens in the app, in order to do so we need to first backport the new web services to Moodle 2.7 and Moodle 2.8 and then launch the events in the app.
