Translate participant's country name

      1. In Moodle, add a country to a user.
      2. In the app, go to that participant page and check that its country is displayed in the current language.
      3. Change the app's language and check that the country name is displayed in the new language.

      Description

      Right now the countries list used for participants is only in English, we should support all the app's languages.
