Create $mmSite.log/reportAction method to handle logging web services

    Description

      We need a centralized way to call 'logging' web services, that way we can store them in a queue when the user is browsing offline. We can also handle prevent repetitions within a short period of time etc...

      Also replace existing calls with new API, see:

      • $mmaModUrl#open()
