Add support to logging in the new participants addon

      1. In the app, view the participants of a course.
      2. Login in the Moodle (web) as admin and go to the course log. Check that there's an event 'User list viewed' for the user with origin: 'ws'.
      3. In the app, go to another page and view the participants page again. Check that a new event was added to the log even if the participants list was cached.

      The new mod_url add-on supports logging, but this plugin not (because it was developed before logging support was added in the old app)
