      Description

Title: Hidden Courses not Grayed Out on My courses in the nav drawer (3.5)

      As a student or teacher,
I don't want to be confused about whether the My Courses item in the Menu drawer behaves the same as the rest of the menu items or not,
so that I can reduce the room for error when navigating content using the menu.

      Notes:

Navigation confuses users when they are in an activity don't know how to go back to the course or next activity. Suggestion: Remove secondary navigation from primary navigation menu/drawer. Move to course page so that users can navigate between course content at speed. Redesign the course list within the primary navigation so that users can navigate between courses at speed.
