Description
Title: Ability to select multiple activities
As a teacher,
I want to be able to move and/or delete multiple activities,
so that I can save time when creating/editing several courses.
--------------
Acceptance Criteria
Please explain what has to be done for the user story to be marked as complete. They’re commonly referred to as scenarios or detailed explanations of what has to be done. You can have multiple scenarios per user story.
Scenario A:
I should be able to select multiple activities when creating/editing multiple courses,
when I chose more than one activity,
then be able to place it in a new course or delete it.
[Stretch Goals]
--------------
Priority: SML / LRG
Notes:
In edit mode, the activity icon (or near it) should be a tick to select multiple elements and drag them or delete them on batch.
Doing massive course rebuild activity by activity is hard and exhausting for most teachers.
Some examples, imagine a course with 10 elements that you have to:
- move to another topic: you have to move them one by one because you cannot make selections
- delete them: you have two alternatives:
- Scenario A: drag them to an empty section and delete the section (2 clicks to create the section + 10 drag and drop to move + 4 clicks to remove the topic and the activities)
- Scenario B. Delete every single activity (what teachers usually do) which means 3 clicks per deletion (cog menu, delete, confirm) on every element, this means 30 clicks to remove 10 elements. If the teacher can make selections would be 10 clicks to select elements, click on delete icon and confirm, less than half of the clicks
