Title: Copying / moving activities between courses is difficult
As a teacher,
I want to easily copy and/or move my activities between courses,
So that I can create/edit courses quickly

Acceptance Criteria
Scenario A:
Teacher is easily and quickly able to copy activities, specify the course to move it to, and have the option to view the newly copied activities on the destination course page.
Scenario B:
Teacher is easily and quickly able to move activities, specify the course to move it to, and have the option to view the newly copied activities on the destination course page.
