      Description

Title: Seamless editing: removing the need for the 'turn editing on' button

      As a teacher,
I need to be able to to edit all text fields in a standard way
So that I can add /edit content across my courses and/or site.

      ------------------

      Acceptance Criteria:
Please explain what has to be done for the user story to be marked as complete. They’re commonly referred to as scenarios or detailed explanations of what has to be done. You can have multiple scenarios per user story.

      Scenario A:
I should be able to start writing in any text field, press return to save changes in all areas of my course.

      Priority: SML / **LRG**

      ------------------

      Notes:

I need a modern UI which is intuitive and does not get in the way of the tasks I need to complete.

Remove the need to turn editing on to reduce number of clicks and in keeping with modern applications. Currently, teachers must turn the editing on and it is a barrier for new teachers who find it unintuitive and often forget this extra step.

The way a user interacts with text fields is inconsistent across Moodle LMS, with different options to edit.
