Description
Title: A student needs to know how they are progressing on their course/s
As a student,
I need to be able to understand how I am progressing on my course and activities,
So that I know what I need to do in order to complete my course.
------------------
Acceptance Criteria:
Please explain what has to be done for the user story to be marked as complete. They’re commonly referred to as scenarios or detailed explanations of what has to be done. You can have multiple scenarios per user story.
Scenario A:
TBC.
Priority: SML / LRG
------------------
Notes:
"Students were unsure whether they had completed the course. Most would skip over their dashboard. We had to highlight it on the front page for them to start using it." - UX Survey 2020
Review the dashboard for improving the completion rate - break this down into different parts showing the user what kinds of activities / actions etc make the completion score.
Included in this scope: Completed number of activities does not match the % on the dashboard.
BAS: Course completion / Course progress are 2 different concepts. For course completion the core block 'course completion status' can be used. For progress we could a progress bar to the course page that is also shown in the dashboard block my overview
UX to investigate the student course experience user journeys and UI covering this problem space.
