Description
1) Section 0 - Course overview and below it should not be part of the topic as it cannot be cut, copied, deleted.
This will need to be reflected throughout the flows
2) T5: The task is to cut the topic, but it doesn't disappear when cut.
Once updated, save file to GDrive for CD to update master file.
