Was advised to uninstall the Qtype_regexp plugin from my Moodle 2.2.1 installation to fix an error when trying to add questions to a quiz. When I go to uninstall the plugin a blank screen is generated with this url:

Upon refreshing screen plugin is still installed. Not sure how to proceed, please advise.
