During the usability study, participants were asked to send a message to students in the course. None of the participants used the News forum for this, turning instead to sending messages from the participants page.

The recommendation from the observers at the usability study was to "Rename to Course Announcements Forum. Review strings."

This could be achieved through a string change to the en_fix language pack, but as this forum is so important and there are references to it throughout Moodle so a review of the string used and the implications for this change within Moodle and the Moodle Docs.

This was a significant blocker for 5/6 participants.
