On course page test editing activity name in-place and also all other AJAX actions:

drag & drop of sections and activities,

hiding, duplicating, indenting, deleting modules

Create course in social format, add activities to the social block, make sure you can edit their names, test all other actions. Add a label, make sure it looks fine
