question type ddmarker: show coordinates to simplify dropzone creation

      1. Create a "drag and drop markers" question
      2. In the ddmarker question form:
        1. set a question title and text
        2. upload an image
        3. As you move around the image you should see X and Y values changing

      This Issue (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-51997) is about the simplification of creating target areas in question type ddmarker.

      As long as there is no perfect solution, it would be helpful to see the coordinates while the mouse is over the picture.
