Default role manual enrolment not working

      Set up

      • Login as Admin
      • Go to a course
      • Go to participant list
      • Go to "Enrolment methods" and make sure manual enrolment is enabled
      • Click over "Manual enrolments" for config it
      • Change the "Default role" to any other

      Testing instructions

      • Go to participant list of the same course you've configured before
      • Click on "Enrol User"
        • CHECK the default value of the "Assign Role" select form item is the default role set in the "Manual enrolment" configuration

      With the new manual enrollment pop-up the default role (select #id_roletoassign) is not correctly retrieving the default role from the saved value in the manual enrollment settings
