Navigate to Users > Accounts > Browse list of users in site administration

Click your new user to view their profile

Press Users from page breadcrumbs (to end up on /user/index.php?id=1)

Confirm site participants table does not list the guest user

Description

Seems odd for it to be listed, given it's typically a hidden system account

Found while looking at ~~MDL-73822~~
