      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. Login in hq site and go to the section that contains the Shout out forum.
      2. Enable download options.
      3. Click to download the Shout out forum. Check that the download finishes fine.

      Description

      Right now, if a user avatar download fails we fail the whole download of the module. Avatars aren't mandatory to use the modules, so we should allow failures.
