Allow to filter report_log by origin : Logs clogged up with events listed as origin cli

      1. Call cron from the CLI (php admin/cli/cron.php)
      2. Log into the site as an admin and navigate to Reports -> logs
      3. Filter the report by "all sources" verify you see events from both web and CLI
      4. Filter the report by "Web" and verify you only see events originating from the web
      5. Filter the report by "CLI" and verify you only see events originating from the cli

      When viewing the logs for a user using the standard log reader on a busy site such as moodle.org, there are thousands of results listed as origin cli. For example

      Component Event name Origin
      System Message sent - which if you click on the link displays '(No messages were found)' cli

      For primary admin

      Component Event name Origin
      System Calendar event created - which if you click on the link displays 'There are no events this day.' cli
      System Role unassigned cli
      System User unenrolled from course cli

      It's not possible to filter results and exclude results with origin cli, and there is no search option. Thus it's difficult trying to find non-cli origin results.
